Hi! I’m Dr. Joseph Soza, a Latino American native to Corpus Christi, TX. I became interested in psychology as an undergraduate student at Texas A&M - Kingsville (‘15, BA Psych.). I wanted to learn more about what brings about human suffering and what to do about it, so I studied clinical psychology at the graduate level at Texas A&M - Corpus Christi (‘17, MA Clin. Psych.). Seeking more training and experience, I joined the Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) program at the University of Indianapolis in 2018. In August 2023, I completed an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited internship within the National Psychology Training Consortium (NPTC) and graduated with a PsyD.
